  • Any guest or employees brought to Maverick All Star Tumblers and JumpXtreme understand the involvement of risk and can result in injury or death. Any guests agree to release Maverick All Star Tumblers, JumpXtreme, its subsidiaries, its owners and all employees from all responsibility, liability or liability for injuries resulting from the use of the facilities. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. A two week notice to cancel or reschedule must be given or full payment will be due. If the party or event is cancelled, there is no refund or credit for the deposit. Gratuity to the party attendant is welcome for a job well done. Guests should wear comfortable clothing so they can move freely. PLEASE REMEMBER, ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST NOT WEAR JEANS OR ANY CLOTHING WITH BLING, SHARP POINTED OBJECTS, OR ANYTHING THAT COULD TEAR THE TRAMPOLINES OR EQUIPMENT. You may arrive 10-15 minutes early before party starts. We do not guarantee the party room area will be available to set up when you arrive. You may set up your party area once the previous party leaves and everything is cleaned usually about 45 minutes into playtime. Each guest must have a parent or guardian sign a release form at the front counter. We do not guarantee that your event will be private. There may be other parties or events at that time. However, your event will be private from the general public. We conduct several events at the same time rotating in separate sections. Your group will play for 40 minute in each play area then 40 minutes in party room area. Please be aware your group must remain together. Once your group enters the party room area, there is no returning to the play area. You may bring simple decorations, cake, drinks, paper goods, utensils, dry snacks, and goodie-bags. Nothing may be hung on the walls. Confetti, bubbles, silly string, and candle sparklers are not allowed. Parents and/or adults may enter the gym areas but are not allowed on any gymnastics apparatuses or on any apparatuses going into the pit

  • We accept all forms of payment but personal checks. (Everything is subject to price change and sales tax).

  • I agree to pay the party package in full 48 hours prior to the party or event. I understand that I may not bring any regular hot or cold foods such as pizza and sandwiches into the facility unless I pay a $30 fee. I understand that the party room area will not be available when I arrive.
